A satisfying Mediterranean Quinoa pizza with pesto, goat cheese, and savory vegetables


1 Cooked Mediterranean Quinoa Burger

Pizza crust

6-8 tsp goat cheese & feta cheese

1 chopped red, yellow or green pepper (substitute your own vegetables as needed)

3-4 tbsp chopped red onion

6-8 basil leaves

Pesto and Olive oil for drizzling


1Crumble cooked burgers over pizza shell.

2Add goat cheese, feta cheese, peppers, red onion, and basil leaves

3Drizzle with pesto and olive oil

4Bake in a very hot oven until crispy
