Ingredients

Mediterranean Quinoa Burger

Mozzarella cheese

Tomato Sauce

Fresh basil leaves

Pecorino Romano

Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 375.

2Brown Mediterranean Quinoa Burger on each side. (1 burger per person.)

3In a proper baking dish, shingle the burgers with slices of mozzarella cheese and top with tomato sauce and fresh basil leaves.

4Bake for 25-30 minutes.

5Garnish with freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
