1Heat up your grill and brush frozen Southwest Black Bean & Sweet Potato Burger with veggie oil on each side. Place on hot grill and cook 1-2 minutes per side until fully heated. Brush 2 – 6” tortillas with veggie oil and refresh in a hot pan for a few seconds on each side. Place Southwest Black Bean & Sweet Potato Burger on one tortilla and top with 2 tablespoons guacamole, 2 tablespoons tomato salsa, and ¼ cup shredded iceberg. Place second tortilla on top and enjoy!
