Southwest Grilled Cheese

1Using 2 slices Country White bread, spread 1T. Chipotle Aioli on each slice.
2Cook Southwest Black Bean & Sweet Potato Burger to directions & crumble half a burger per sandwich on one slice of bread.
3Top with 1 slice Cheddar cheese and 1 slice Pepper Jack.
4Brush outside of bread with melted butter. Put in a Panini press and grill until golden – or cook on a flat top. Finish in a 450 oven for 3-4 minutes to melt the cheeses.
5Cut in half and serve with Fresh Lime Cilantro Slaw.
