INGREDIENTS: vegetables (onions, red peppers, green chilies, mushrooms), soy protein flour, water, black beans, red kidney beans, cilantro, soy protein concentrate, natural flavors (from non-meat sources), rice starch, egg whites, granulated garlic, natural sea salt, cellulose gum, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), maltodextrin, cultured dextrose.
Contains soybeans, eggs.

COOKING GUIDELINES: Broil: Lightly coat pan with oil or spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Heat patty or 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place patty on pan lightly coated with oil or non-stick cooking spray. Bake 4 to
5 minutes on each side. Stove Top: Lightly coat

Heat on MEDIUM for 2 to 3 minutes on
