INGREDIENTS: vegetables (portabella mushrooms, onions, carrots, red and green peppers), soybean flour, water, soy protein concentrate, canola oil, wheat-free tamari sauce (water, organic soybeans, salt), natural flavors (from non-meat sources), rice starch, egg whites, natural sea salt, cellulose gum, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), maltodextrin, cultured dextrose. Contains soybeans, eggs.
COOKING GUIDELINES: Broil: Lightly coat pan with
oil or spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Heat
patty or 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. Oven:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place patty on pan
lightly coated with oil or non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Stove Top: Lightly
coat pan with oil or non-stick cooking spray. Heat
on MEDIUM for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Microwave: Place patty on microwave
plate. Heat on HIGH for 50 to 60
seconds. Cooking time may vary.
For crispness, cook in toaster oven
for 1 minute.
