Franklin Farms is addressing the need for healthy foods that are high in protein with their Portabella Veggiballs. They are perfect for schools, institutions and food service organizations. Portabella Veggiballs are easy to use, easy to store, and once you serve them you will find they are very easy to eat, too!

INGREDIENTS: soybean flour, portabella mushrooms, onions, carrots, water, rice flour, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, soy protein concentrate, canola oil, natural flavors (from non-meat sources), wheat-free tamari sauce (water, organic soybeans, salt), egg whites, natural sea salt, rice starch, granulated garlic, spices cellulose gum, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), maltodextrin, cultured dextrose.
Contains soybeans, eggs.

COOKING GUIDELINES: Oven: Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Place Veggiballs in a single layer on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12
minutes or until heated through.
Microwave: Place Veggiballs on
microwave plate and cook for
2 minutes. Adjust cooking time
according to number of balls being
cooked and microwave wattage.
Avoid overcooking.
