Garden Variety Burger
This mushroom lover's veggie burger uses portabella mushrooms, brown
rice, whole grain oats, and a blend of cheeses to help create a patty that
has been compared to a fine Italian mushroom risotto.
INGREDIENTS: brown rice, mushrooms, oats, mozzarella cheese (cultured
pasteurized skim milk, salt, enzymes, cellulose), onion, bulgur wheat,
hydrolyzed vegetable protein, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese
culture, salt, enzymes, annatto, cellulose or starch), canola oil, less than
2% of the following: potato starch, guar gum, dried onion, dried garlic,
basil, parsley, natural flavors
